breakfast choices fine grounds dark rooms pool cleanliness

The morning buffet had many choices. eggs were cooked to order and tables were plentiful. i found the staff to be great and attentive. the grounds were fine. I enjoyed walking through them.

the hotel rooms seemed tired and dated. they also felt a bit dark, disappointing. the pool could have been cleaner . this detracted from my overall experience.

i enjoyed the fresh and homemade breakfast items!!! the design and furnishings in the room were beautiful too. it was amazing sitting on the patio with the ocean view.

the pool looked a little dated.

a pleasant stay overall

beach access breakfast buffet poor reception service error

the location is ideal. the beach is directly accessible from the hotel. the breakfast buffet included numerous options and was delicious, i must say.

The tv reception was poor. Channels cut out frequently. i ordered room service, it never arrived. twice.

The staff provided excellent service and a warm welcome. The hotel maintains the hotel wonderfully. The swimming pools are nice and offer many lounges with umbrellas.

The room felt a bit old. I noticed some deferred maintenance. The quality of the food was not what i expected.

fine grounds great pools dated pool worst breakfast

the hotel grounds were fine. i saw beautifully manicured gardens. the pools were great!!! the restaurants provided lots of food choices for every taste.

i found the pool a bit dated. the breakfast was the worst i've had across southeast asia. it skewed heavily to brits and germans. i wanted more thai fare.

Underwhelming stay. SOME issues.

rude security poor service

The security guards were rude. I think they barked at customers louder than the stray dogs did. This type of behavior from staff at a supposed luxury hotel is unacceptable. I would not return based on this ALONE.
